How it works
Five steps from shipment to release. Zero ambiguity.

Merchant creates IPAY order
Manual, CSV upload or Shopify. IPAY=TRUE flag sets the canonical session.

Label + QR generated
18-digit reference, secondary QR label, OTP pre-derived from digits 3·7·15·18.

Consumer scans at door
Sees merchant + amount. Pays via PSP (Stripe). Webhook = source of truth.

OTP revealed
Immutable PAID. OTP shown only after webhook confirmation.

Carrier verifies & releases
OTP optional per carrier / merchant / product. Event-logged release.

Funds never touch IPAY. We hold the canonical state — order, payment session, OTP, release — and only transition forward. PAID is immutable. Webhooks are idempotent. Every transition is event-logged.
